Job Deliverables - Regional Sales Manager for North and West

Deliverables :

Strategy Development :

- Develop and execute the sales and distribution strategy for Damati Foods' premium imported gourmet range in the designated region.

- Align the regional strategy with the overall company goals and objectives.

Sales Management :

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Account Management :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the region, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

- Understand customer needs, deliver exceptional service, and position our gourmet range as the preferred choice.

Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector in the region, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.

- Explore partnerships, attend industry events, and actively participate in trade shows to expand the market presence.

Market Analysis :

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the premium gourmet segment in the region.

- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Marketing Collaboration :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns in the region.

- Provide market insights and customer feedback to contribute to marketing strategies.

Distributor Management :

- Collaborate with distributors in the region to ensure effective product distribution and availability.

- Monitor and assess distributor performance, providing necessary support and guidance.

Training and Support :

- Provide product training and support to the sales team and key accounts, ensuring they are well-informed about the gourmet range.

- Continuously update knowledge on product features, benefits, and usage to effectively address customer queries.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.

- Share insights, communicate requirements, and drive alignment with company objectives.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.

- Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to track sales performance and generate actionable insights.

Travel :

- Travel within the designated region to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct business development activities.

As the Regional Sales Manager - HoReCa, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and distribution strategy of Damati Foods' premium imported gourmet range within the designated region. Your primary objective will be to drive market share, revenue, and profitability by effectively promoting and selling our gourmet products to key accounts in the hospitality industry. You will lead a sales team, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure business growth while enhancing the brand's presence in the market.

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in sales and business development within the HoReCa industry, preferably with a focus on premium gourmet products or imported goods.

- In-depth understanding of the HoReCa sector, including the dynamics of the hospitality industry and the decision-making process of key accounts.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling the development of rapport and effective negotiation with key stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the capability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Results-oriented approach with a demonstrated history of driving sales growth and meeting or surpassing targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights.

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit distribution channels nationwide
