Position: Brand Communication & CRO

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Reports to: Directors

Job Summary:

The Brand Communication & CRO will be responsible for developing and executing branding and marketing strategies for Dalmia Group's diverse range of products, including tea, spices, and the newly initiated tea cafe vertical. The role requires a dynamic individual who can manage all aspects of brand communication, drive customer engagement, and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share for tea, spices, and tea cafes.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.

3. Customer Engagement :

- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to inform marketing strategies.

4. Digital Marketing:

- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

- Analyze digital marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.

5. Public Relations :

o Manage public relations activities to enhance the company's public image.

o Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

6. Market Research :

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.

- Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Collaboration :

- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.

- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.

8. Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on branding and marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in branding, marketing, and public relations, preferably in the FMCG sector.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the tea or spice industry.

- Knowledge of regional markets and consumer behavior.

- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Working Conditions:

- Based in Siliguri with occasional travel to other locations as required.

- Regular office hours with some flexibility for events and campaigns.
