Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO, SEM, and SMM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formulating SEO strategies, optimizing campaigns across META platforms, and driving social media initiatives. This role will also involve a solid understanding of content strategies that enhance brand presence and improve performance metrics. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and be open to challenges while maintaining a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SEO Strategy : Develop and implement SEO strategies aimed at improving organic rankings and enhancing search visibility. Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

2. SEM Campaigns : Create and optimize campaigns on Google and other search engines, focusing on maximizing reach, ROAS and conversion rates.

3. Social Media Marketing (SMM) : Formulate and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Content Collaboration : Collaborate with the content team to create impactful, SEO-friendly content that supports organic growth and aligns with marketing objectives.

5. Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on SEO, SEM, and social media metrics to provide insights that drive marketing strategy decisions.

6. Market Trends & Best Practices : Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, and SMM.

2. Proven track record in formulating successful SEO strategies and running PPC campaigns.

3. Proficiency in META advertising tools and Google Analytics.

4. Strong understanding of content marketing and its role in supporting SEO and engagement strategies.

5. Experience in campaign performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

7. Highly detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills.

8. Knowledge/Background in Mail marketing and programmatic advertising is a plus.
