DailyObjects - Marketing & Growth Associate (1-3 yrs)
We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns to promote company's brand, products and services.
- Assist in designing multi-channel digital marketing activities including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Social media advertising campaigns, brand partnerships, channel partnerships affiliate marketing and collaborations.
- Manage campaigns on Facebook & Google to drive sales on the brands website
- Assist in negotiating, planning and managing influencer and affiliate programs
- Research & identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our products, industry
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience and come with data driven recommendations to optimize
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies with cost benefit analysis of such partnerships and alliances
- Responsible for the identifying, negotiating and onboarding partnerships and alliances, including post monitoring and optimization activities
- Cross functional coordination with internal teams such as technology, design & operations teams for integrations and campaigns

- You are comfortable working hands-on with a research and data led approach in a fast-paced environment to create additional channels of revenue.
- You are curious about metrics, execution processes, and macro trends.
- Problem-solving and detail orientation come naturally to you.
- Energetic self-starter with the hunger to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Experience in similar roles at Top growth stage D2C brands, Coupon, and Deal sites, and Community & Rewards driven internet business is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A proven track record of running ROAS/ACOS backed Facebook/Google ads, partnerships, alliances with other brand, whether in house or as a part of the agency
- 1-3 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and self-motivated approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
