Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all social listening and facilitating all related processes & responses on social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
- Establish policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any negative impact on the Brand.
- Monitor and manage all ORM related processes
- Provide actionable input to various stakeholders including corporate communication, marketing and executive leadership on regular and periodic basis to the management team in maintaining and improving the company's reputation.

Skillset needed :

- Ability to manage time and tools
- Good English writing skills
- Have an understanding of social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc
