DailyObjects - Customer Support Role (0-3 yrs)
Seeking an individual who is highly organized with lots of initiative and the ability to multitask. The right candidate will be able to prioritize and have excellent administrative and computer skills, the ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
Key Accountabilities :
- To assist customers with any issues in regard to their returns or their orders via e-mails or by phone
- Communicate promptly any information to customers about their orders
- To help customers register online and/or to process their orders
- Professionally deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary
- Liaise with the warehouse for any issues with customers orders
- Liaise with courier companies over issues raised by customers with regard to either orders or returns
- Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time
- Managing all returns and exchanges
- To help customers with product enquiries
- Build relationships with customers
Desirable Skills & Requirements :

- Excellent eye for detail and good organizational skills
- PC/web literate (preferable)
- Good knowledge of excel advantage
- Experience with Microsoft packages
- Fluent English language skills required - good written & verbal skills
- Excellent communication skills specifically in regard to building relationships with customers
- Flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company
- Experience with Customer Care in an office environment or on the shop floor
- 0-3 years experience
