Customer Support Executive
- Responsible to handle order management at the restaurant from Online food deliveries such as Zomato, Swiggy, Ubereats, Website orders.
- Should be quick and efficient to handle online orders received at portal.
- Communicate swiftly to customers for order status (In case asked)
- Should be able to handle pressure when the number of orders are received.
- Should be diplomatic to handle customers over call. If required.
Education: 12th Pass
- 0-1 Year Experience Candidates preferred.
- Good Communication Skills
English- Skill Level- Medium.
