Dahua Technology - Executive - Customer Care - Technical Support (0-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
1. Attending calls to address customer grievance.
2. Resolving the customer issues as per the process defined during on-the job training.
3. Usage of call centre equipment/software as per the training imparted.
4. Providing assistance to customer to solve technical issue.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 0-2 years experience in an inbound & outbound customer service call center.
- BCA or B.Tech Graduate who have the acumen for technical products and terms
- Experience in security industry preferred
Other Skills Required :
- Strong customer service orientation
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills -Strong coaching / mentoring skills -Familiar with call centre management software
