da Manager - Bancassurance Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Bancassurance Sales Manager who can sales insurance products through the bank's distribution network and ensure the achievement of business targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key area to work :
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks.
2. Conduct training sessions for bank staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.
3. Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports.
4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
5. Implement marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and sales.
Requirement :
- Experience : total 2+ experience in BSFI Sector and 1 year is mandatory in insurance
- Age 22 to 38
- Any graduate person can apply
- CTC 2.75 to 3.5 LP + incentive + bonus
Skill :
1. Have communication skill and interpersonal skill
2. Building relationships with clients and team.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
