D4 Insight - Account Manager - Presales/Technical Sales (7-12 yrs)
- Working with sales team on potential leads
- Listening to clients- needs and understand requirements
- Demo applications, adjusting to focus on solving above problems
- Ability to articulate high level technical methods, logic and value proposition to client
- Ability to answer high level technical questions with credibility with client
- Ability to describe new client requests/problems with development leads/management for potential addition to roadmap
- Any experience in ongoing client relationship management is preferred
- Any experience in insurance space, or awareness of machine learning approach, is a plus
Daily Responsibilities :
- Any client meetings (pre-sales demo, POC management/updates, ongoing management)
- Management of POCs (liaison with internal teams on timelines and oversight on delivery)
- Any other tasks as described by management eg tradeshow attendance, competitor review, functional analysis, client opinion gathering etc
