Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to manage our store In Gurgaon. As the Store Sales Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Your role is crucial in ensuring the store's success and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
What would be your responsibilities ?
1. Manage the overall operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
2. Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance and product recommendations.
3. Achieve sales targets by actively engaging customers, promoting products, and closing sales.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
5. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
7. Train and mentor new sales team members, providing guidance on sales techniques and product knowledge.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
9. Prepare sales reports, including daily sales summaries and inventory levels, and submit them to the management team.
What are we looking for in the candidate ?
1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
3. Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.
7. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
8. Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic point-of-sale (POS) operations.
9. Fluency in local languages is a plus.
