D2C & Marketing Operations Specialist - Beauty/Personal Care (1-4 yrs)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the company's business objectives. The role is primarily to support the Brand Lead from P&L, Marketing Operations & D2C level for the new women's brand under Bold Care.
Job Description:
- To provide day-to-day management of the D2C site on Shopify and collaborate with internal stakeholders on inventory, sale, discount updations & website changes etc.
- Coordinate between the Brand & D2C team to maintain the Brand architecture.
- Ensure that the brand online journey is consistent with overall brand standards and strategies.
- Ensure that delivery and return process are effective working closely with consumer care teams for D2C
- Work closely with the operations team and warehouse on inventory, unicommerce and supply side.
- Support the Brand on other operational tasks on a daily basis & assist brand head on D2C impact of business (fulfilment, customer service, order management and other specific details)
- Spearhead innovative and creative initiatives to differentiate the platform in a competitive market.
Skills:
- 2-3 Years Experience
- Experience in D2C, Shopify and Marketing Operations
- D2C/Consumer experience will be given preference
- understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes
- Experience in beauty/personal care/nutraceuticals and FMCG will be given preference
