Job Summary :
- Your role in B2B sales involves identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, providing excellent customer service and support, and collaborating with other departments within the organization to improve products and services to meet the needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively seek out and engage potential clients for different categories.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products being sold, as well as the market trends and competition in the industry
- Meet or exceed sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and closing deals with clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and customer loyalty
- Work with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform new product development and improvements to existing products
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to improve products and services to meet the evolving needs of clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Continuously improve sales skills and techniques through training and development opportunities to enhance performance and achieve career goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing B2B data and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Freshdesk or similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B sales.
