D2C Content Executive (1-3 yrs)

The Responsibilities :
- Driving the content calendar and collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create, support, and execute content, campaigns and initiatives across key channels.
- Scheduling and uploading content on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIN, Facebook, Pinterest and Youtube.
- Keep track of latest trends in terms of platform updates, best time to post, experimenting new formats.
- Create (shoot) interesting content, stills, macro reels and integrate more original and authentic content formats to showcase fashion in interesting ways.
- Be highly analytical and metrics-driven to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns beyond traditional KPIs, with a focus on ongoing optimization and iteration.
- First level ORM on above mentioned channels with a 24-48 hour response rate.
Social Media Content Executive will help identify and plan for the latest trends in content on social platforms - across Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIN and Pinterest. Developing a cross channel social strategy for brand awareness campaigns is also a critical requirement. The perfect candidate is passionate about social media platform, specifically Instagram - has proven track record of building and scaling social media presence with multiple formats of trending content formats - such as reels, stories, AR filters and more.
Requirements
- Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing with Retail, Apparel or D2C Industry, or creating content for community driven space.
- Must be interested and passionate about creating and experimenting new content
- Ability to craft and manage social editorial calendars across internal content production teams and content development.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - prioritizing tasks,deadlines, and effectively balancing short-term projects with long-term strategic initiatives
- Strong communication skills in English to be able to ensure 100% error free content.
- Ability and interest to edit video content would be great
