Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience in SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing and web analytics/google analytics.
- Should have sound technical knowledge of ON page SEO and OFF page SEO (must).
- Proven working experience in digital and content marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of Ad Platforms: AdWords, Facebook Ads, Keyword Planner etc.
- Knowledge on HTML, WordPress, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Must be passionate about digital and interactive marketing strategies.
- Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
- Responsibilities includes Execution of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing on a continuous basis.
- Execution of Social Media Marketing campaigns and Email based marketing campaigns.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to company and product websites.
- Experience in inbound marketing, social media, landing pages, conversion rate optimization, social ads, blogging, copywriting, marketing, and being creative. Email Marketing Campaigns and circulating using Mailing Tools.
- Person will be the responsible for building Digital Marketing team and will be responsible for effective service delivery to e-commerce business operations of D2C brands.
- Being able to articulate ideas to management and internal stakeholders is essential.
- Excellent Commutation skills in English. ( Both written and verbal).
- Help team to become better at digital marketing.
- Focused to work and take work pressure.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 5 years work experience with 4 years experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in working with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
- In Depth understanding of Facebook & Google advertising.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics.
- 3+ years digital marketing experience with Direct To Consumer Brands.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Broad understanding of digital tools and technology.
- Understanding of branding concepts in B2B, B2C & B2G space.
- Should have a track record of growing with the organization.
