About the role:
D-Rev is seeking an India Country Manager to expand and strengthen its newborn health programme called Brilliance starting in three high-need states. The Country Manager will improve adoption and usage of Brilliance across the region, with an emphasis on high-need, underserved health facilities. You will develop and maintain external relationships with key opinion leaders in newborn health and manage a market activation team to successfully deliver on objectives.
The role offers a competitive compensation package, up to Rs. 32 lakhs, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and execute the business development strategy for the Brilliance programme;
- Grow and manage a team of market activators;
- Build relationships with government officials to support the Brilliance programmes success;
- Build relationships with doctors and other opinion leaders to promote the importance of effective phototherapy
- Prepare and deliver presentations to public audiences and stakeholder groups
- Manage reporting and relationships with the US-based senior management;
- Help manage the P&L and budgeting process
Does this sound like you?
- Track record of achievement in selling products or services to low income communities in India
- Experience developing partnerships with senior external private sector or government stakeholders
- You have had exposure to rural Indian markets and (ideally) the healthcare sector in previous roles
