CZero Climate - Intern - Business Development - Climate Change Vertical (1-3 yrs)
We are a stealth mode startup, building solutions to make participation in the fight against climate change easier for businesses and individuals. We expect to raise our first round of funds by April 2022 and are actively looking for smart, driven individuals to join the team
For the average individual and the average business (SME), climate positive actions are nearly impossible to adopt, due to lack of access to relevant solutions and high cost. Given how serious the issue of climate change is, it is critical that these problems are addressed urgently and that is where we come in. With our suite of products, we plan to bring in efficiency and transparency to the climate change market. If we get this right, we are conservatively looking at a $100 Bn/year business opportunity over the next decades - still a tiny fraction of the Trillion dollar climate change market
As the Business Development Head, you'd be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, globally, for our core offerings and onboard these new opportunities. Theoretically, the potential is immense, since every business and individual is our customer! The key is to identify the winning segments and scaling at lightening speed!
Requirements :
- Graduate/Post-Graduate from Tier-1/Tier-2 colleges
- Working knowledge of what is climate change - if you are shortlisted for an interview, please expect this question.
- Passionate about contributing to climate action
- Willing to dedicate the next 2 months (10 hours/day). This can turn into a full-time role, once we close our funding round
