Work Profile :
- Respond to incoming calls, mails and answer client queries
- Regularly follow up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars, and organize workshops and information sessions for potential clients
- Technical Proposal Making / Bidding & Online Marketing
- Track and report sales activities on a timely basis.
- Implement plans to increase sales in co-ordination with the reporting manager
- Generation of new leads with the intention of creating more revenue.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Ensuring robust sales pipeline from International Markets like USA, Europe, Canada, UK etc.
- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
- Ensuring clients satisfaction and retention - Ensuring horizontal and vertical growth in accounts
- Responsibility for complete sales cycle (lead generation to Sale realization)
