JOB DESCRIPTION :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understand our product lines and content requirements for each work assignment

- Collaborate with various internal teams and ideate for new topics, after understanding our customer segment, their needs and gaps in our content

- Develop and create plagiarism-free content for all digital channels including company websites, blogs, social media, product descriptions and other digital properties

- Ensure the content fulfils all SEO requirements

- Ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of the content

- Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging creatives

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have good research skills, excellent English language skills and attention to details

- Should have flair for writing and knowledge on developing SEO-friendly content

- Should have knowledge on developing creatives with help of design team (Preferred, not necessary)

- Should be able to work independently after the work schedule is assigned and meet deadlines

- Should have good communication skills

- Experience in any of the following industries is desired

- Artwork industry (paintings etc)

- Home-use battery cell industry

- BPO industry

- IT industry - Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Website development, Application development etc

- Should have an interest in reading

- Should have interest in social media platforms like LinkedIn, Quora and Twitter

Desired Qualifications : 

- Graduation, preferably in Mass Comm, English, Journalism or related field

- Work experience (2-3 years) as a Content Writer or similar role

- Portfolio of published articles
