Cyboard - Admission Counselor (0-1 yrs)
As an Admission Counselor at Cyboard School, you will be responsible for assisting in attracting and enrolling new students, contributing to meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Undergraduate or Graduate Experienced
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Handled both outgoing & incoming calls/Cold calling experience.
- Eagerness to learn and develop strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
