Overview :
Cybernext is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven experience with Upwork and similar platforms to expand our client base and maximize business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the proposal process for web-based and digital marketing projects on platforms like Upwork, PPH, and Freelancer.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the company's visibility and success on these platforms.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and engage with potential clients to drive conversions and secure new projects.
- Ensure accurate representation of the company's capabilities and achievements on Upwork, PPH, and Freelancer profiles.
- Maintain accurate and detailed time sheets for effective resource tracking and allocation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior Business Development Executives (BDEs) and monitor their performance to achieve goals.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)-needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
- Strong comprehension abilities for understanding complex project requirements
- Analytical thinking and enthusiastic, self-starter attitude for developing strategies
- In-depth knowledge of web-based technologies and digital marketing for creating effective proposals
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
- Team Working skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Good Decision-making skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
- The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports
- A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related stream IT/Computer application
Graduation is Mandatory
