Job Description :
ZSM : Role & Responsibility :
- Looking for a goal oriented ZSM for winning, maintaining, and expanding all partner relationships within the assigned territory.
- Role will include supporting the company's ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.
- Required to work closely with Inside Sales Team for lead closures & business expansion.
- Required to work with Tech team whenever a customer needs support on products or software services.
- Need to have an excellent Presentation & Demonstration Skills to position the Product & the Software.
- Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills
- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
- Coordinate with cross functional team such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations.
- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
- Identify & work on Major/Key Accounts & Projects in Education & Govt Vertical for business growth.
- Making calls & visits to End Customers for business closure & maintain healthy business relationship,
- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
- Support in driving and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
- Focus on distribution, government, education and corporate orders for consistent business.
- Handling and closing RFPs & RFQs.
- Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Target Achievement.
- Managing & handling a team as per experience, performance, skills & requirement.
- Good knowledge & experience of Govt/education business, GeM & projects will be really good.
- Ensure timely weekly & monthly reporting (as per Schedule).
- Maintain & Submit Sales Forecast/MIS.
- Responsible for AR of acquired partners; track & follow-up partner payments (Payment Collection on monthly basis as per due dates).
- Minimum Work Experience of 9-11 years in Channel Sales/Education/Govt in AV (Audio/Visual: Displays/IFPs, VC Solution etc.), office Automation & IT segment.
