About Our Team:

Your day-to-day role:
- Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives within the designated region
- Develop and implement a quarterly and annual sales plan
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to spot opportunities and threats
- Conduct regular team meetings for training purposes and to assess team performance
- Work closely with marketing to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in your region
- Manage and report on sales KPIs and CRM metrics
What are we looking for:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in technology or AI sectors
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for understanding complex technical products
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed
