Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the cybersecurity and tech industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth. This role requires an individual who is passionate about cybersecurity, has deep industry knowledge, and possesses the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the cybersecurity and technology sectors.

- Client Acquisition : Identify, engage, and close deals with new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Lead Generation : Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital marketing.

- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Proposal Development : Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations, tailored to client needs.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.

- Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

- Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.

- Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key metrics and progress against targets.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the cybersecurity or technology industry.

- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and industry trends.

- Sales Skills : Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

- Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Analytical Ability : Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.

- Tech Savvy : Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SaaS products and solutions.

- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the cybersecurity space.

- Experience selling to enterprise-level clients.

- Strong network within the cybersecurity and tech community.
