Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach.

- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Cybermindr's brand and user needs.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our products.

- Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Rive etc.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX and user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

- Passion for building products that solve real problems and delight users.
