We are looking for Inside Sales Specialist/Manager to join our team.

Position Overview :


As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone or through digital communication channels. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Proactively identify potential leads through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.

- Prospect Qualification : Assess the needs and requirements of prospects to determine their fit for our products/services.

- Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential customers.

- Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM software.

- Negotiation and Closing : Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with prospects to secure sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

- Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
