Job Role Overview :

As a Marketing manager you are responsible for driving the company's marketing vision and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand development and demand generation to communications and partnerships. This is a pivotal role for an experienced marketing executive who is passionate about cybersecurity and ready to shape the future of our industry presence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Wati's growth goals and market position.

- Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, branding, content strategy, product marketing, demand generation, and PR.

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and results-driven performance.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

- Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.

- Use data-driven insights to evaluate marketing performance and optimize strategies.

Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success, ideally within the tech/B2B/cybersecurity sector.

- Strong strategic vision with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.

- Hands on Expertise in digital marketing, branding, demand generation, and product marketing.

- Demonstrated success in driving global marketing campaigns that deliver growth.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Data-driven mindset, with experience in leveraging analytics for decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
