CyberIndigo - Executive - Customer Success (0-1 yrs)
Urgently looking for the - Customer Success Executive- fresher's and experienced with 0-1 years of experience.
Candidate would be the part of Customer success team; one would be responsible for focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships. One would work with the support role to address all customer requirements.
Expectations from successful candidates are :
- Eagerness to learn about the company's products and their capabilities.
- Develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
- Ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Sound Knowledge of MS tools.
- Good Communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Giving Demos to the Clients.
- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to clients who use the company product, replying to inbound queries.
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualification: Any Graduate
