Position: CX Advisor-Sales
Experience: 6 Month+ 1yrs.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Qualification: 12th/any Graduate
Location: Bangalore HSR Layout
Key and Responsibilities:
- Minimum experience of 1 year, with a grasp of the Fintech and Lending environments.
- Proven track record in tele sales, focusing on EdTech, FinTech, Lending or Insurance products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Successful track record as a sales representative.
- Ability to understand quickly and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages with English & Hindi being mandatory, along with any one regional language.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
