Customer Technology Support Role (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling all escalation calls from Call Centre.
- Troubleshooting
- Identifying the needs of Customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure you follow the Customer service script provided by the Company for uniformity.
- Responsible for Customer acquisition.
- Responsible for handling shifting process.
- Complying with turnaround time, productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Educate Customers about the Products & benefits.
- Maintain good Customer relations.
- Adhere to Company's guidelines
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as customer support may
require 24/7 coverage.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools to manage and track customer interactions.
- Must have technical knowledge- routers, switches, troubleshooting, ticketing and CRM
- Any degree with relevant experience in ISP /Telecom preferably
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Local language is a must.
