The Job :
- Our Client looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
- Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
- Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Informing customers about new features and functionalities
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gathering customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Ideal Candidate :
Skills required :
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 1-year of experience, ideally within a Helpdesk/Technical Support role or customer support role.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are familiar with Android OS operating systems.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
