Customer Support Specialist (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Email Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and outbound calls. If you have strong communication skills, experience in email and chat processes, and a solid understanding of Microsoft products, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via email and chat.

- Handle outbound calls to address and resolve customer queries and concerns.

- Resolve issues efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Document customer interactions and update support tickets accurately.

- Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions and escalate complex issues as needed.

- Utilize knowledge of Microsoft products to assist customers with related queries.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide additional assistance if needed.

Required Skills :

- Experience : 2-3 years of experience in an email support or customer service role.

- Email & Chat Process : Proficiency in managing and resolving customer issues through email and chat.

- Outbound Calls : Experience in making outbound calls to support and follow up with customers.

- Microsoft Products : Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general troubleshooting skills.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a similar support role within a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing software.
