Job Description : International Calling Center Agent - Indigo Airlines
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls from customers.
- Address customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with online booking and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
