Job Description
- Minimum 1 year of US voice experience.(MANDATORY)
- US Outbound Calls & Insides Sales experience is a big plus
- Penchant to help clients make right choices
- Passion for learning & applying your learning
- Graduation is a must
What we need:
- Schedule sales appointments for the Sales team
- Invest time in prospecting and lead generation to fuel call/ visit outcome
- Track institutional/industry trends, executive changes within member/ prospect portfolio Information management
- Develop efficient flow of information between Solution & Service teams and the client sales team
- Update CRM system to capture critical information for relationship management
- Review incoming leads, research and update missing information.
- Audit leads to ensure company policies are adhered to
- Research account / companies, cleanup any incorrect company data
- Invest time in data clean up and social media activities
- Other Sales support activities as assigned
