Customer Support/Sales Support Role - Manufacturing (2-5 yrs)

With Enriched experience of 32 years, our client has become a leading manufacturer & supplier of Rubber & PTFE parts supplying not only to complete India rather exporting to European, Asian and North East African countries as well.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.
- Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.
- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.
- Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximize usage and uptake.
- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Telesales, Customer Service or CRM Manager role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
