Customer Support Role - Voice Process - Travel Domain (0-6 yrs)
Deliver all departmental KPI's, achieving set targets and objectives within the inbound, all ancillary areas, outsource and overflow services.
Challenge processes and procedures, identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience or improve operational efficiency.
Ensure full adherence to the company's Health & Safety policy and procedures.
What Should You Have?
Education : Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
Experience : 0 to 5 years of experience in a customer service role. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Skill Set:
- Strong communication skills in English and a regional language (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle demanding customers and escalate issues effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers.
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
