Customer Support Role - Voice Process - International BPO (1-3 yrs)
- Recruiting candidates with Experience in Tech Support in any International BPO.
- Attending Inbound calls from International Customers.
- Troubleshooting issues related to Computers, Laptops, antivirus, pop ups, printers, routers, mails, MAC, I pad etc. would be the main responsibility of the candidates.
- Candidates who can close their own calls are preferred.
