Designation : Assistant Manager (Contact Center Executive)
Process : Domestic Inbound Voice Support (No Sales, No Targets, No Marketing)
Location : Thane West, Mumbai
Job Description:
- Handling Customer Queries and Providing Information as per Defined Standards
- Effective Redressal of all Customer Complaints and Providing
- Follow Up On Escalations and Closing Them
- Updating Product and Processes in Databank
- Phone number updation
- Email ID updation
- SMS alert registration
- Providing account information
- Blocking and reissuing cards
- Cheque book requests
- Statement requests
- Net banking/Business banking ID activation / Deactivation
- Respond to mails sent by customer
- Take queries from customers for lost card & blocking the card
Job Criteria :
Eligibility: Any Graduation with No Arrears (2017 Passed out Also Apply)
Language: Fluency in Hindi & English
Experience: 00 - 03 years experience in voice or semi voice process
Fresher's Salary 1.70 LPA + High Incentive & Experience 2.50 LPA + High Incentive Per Annum
Job Type: Permanent Role
5 Days Working (Day shift) & Fixed Week off
Age Limit: Below 30 can apply
