Customer Support Role - UIDAI Sector (1-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls and provide information.
- Explaining about products.
- Handling calls related to queries, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Eligibility Criteria :
1. Basic English and good communication skills in Kannada, Malayalam & Tamil (Any One Language)
2. Fresher's and experienced can apply.
3. Sales experience would be an advantage.
4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.
5. Immediate Joiners preferred.
6. No cab facility.
