Customer Support Role - Travel Tech Startup (1-2 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Would be closely involved in ops but mainly the job would be handling calls and chat - any customer/ non-customer communication

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

- Provide accurate information about our services and products to customers.

- Document all customer interactions and maintain customer databases.

- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to policies and procedures.

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, some level of prior visa knowledge is preferable

- Experience inhow to talk to customers

- Excellent communication- English & Hindi and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Familiarity with the travel industry and its terminology is a plus.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours, if needed.
