Customer Support Role - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore
Salary: Up to - 26,000 CTC
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive rapport with clients.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
