Job Description :
You will be working particularly on a day to day activities, the user experience of mobile app ensuring we have a happy and growing user base. This means a strong focus on customer experience and staff management.
Role and Responsibilities :
1) User Experience: Resolving the queries of day to day user queries and making sure that the user gets a good experience at all co-working spaces.
2) User Feedback and Retention: Take constant feedback from our users of their experience and work on improving our services
3) Coordination with our partner HQs to ensure experience does not get hampered, leads are handled systematically
4) Onboarding Team : Working with the space onboarding team in assessing the space qualities if they meet the company's requirement. Managing space queries and training the space management post space goes live on myHQ platform.
In a team of 20+ from a diverse background i.e IIT D, Goldman Sachs, Helion VC, BabyChakra, etc, what are we foreseeing a Community Relation person to add on to our team?
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
