The Job :
- Our client is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join the team
Your responsibilities will include :
- Answering, supporting, and following up on external facing communication to ensure service is provided to the highest standards
- Interacting with various departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Using available tools and information resources to resolve problems
- Using a comprehensive knowledge of the website and the back office systems to investigate and resolve issues
- Administering transactions as required
- Reviewing and following up with deposit/withdrawal transactions in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Escalating unresolved problems in accordance with established policy procedures and protocols
- Performing account administration according to established protocols
- Researching transaction discrepancies and taking appropriate action
- Monitoring of activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abuse
- Maintaining professionalism and adhering to company standards during all interactions
- Performing and supporting other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate :
Skills required :
- You have a minimum of 3 years in a position with relevant experience would be an asset
- You have knowledge of the Sportsbook industry would be an asset
- You have basic office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- You possess a high school diploma
- You have the ability to think critically and draw from experience to make decisions
- You take care in dealing with sensitive information
- You have the ability to understand both written and oral instructions in English
- You have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- You have the ability to independently solve problems
- You are a strong customer orientation
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
