The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage inbound / Outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Identify customers' needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.
- Understand every request and provide a solution to them.
- Follow our company's communication scripts & email templates.
Ideal Candidate
- Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
- Must possess excellent communication skill with neutral accent.
- Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
- Must have KPO or Call experience for USA / UK and AUS based Company
