- Minimum 2 years working at night shift
- Minimum 2 years working on ecommerce answering customers queries
- Should have experience in Handling Online Customer Assistance via Calls & Mails (Customer Complains and Product enquiries with Quotations)
Scope of Work :
1) Customer Handling with Jewelry Category Via Mails & Calls
2) Customer inquiry satisfaction and give Quotes as per there Inquiry
3) End to end Logistics Tracking and filing Claims if any
4) Getting ready all Labels via Shipstation.com
5) Support via Emails for Website & Amazon SellerCentral Messaging etc
Work timings from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM ( Night Shift ) (Work From Home on Long Terms basis)
Expected Start Date: Immediate Basis
HIGHLY proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-takes
- Familiar with Ecommerce eBay, Amazon and website, etc.)
- Confident and effective in selling to customers
- Energetic, Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential
