The Job :

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage inbound / Outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.

- Identify customers' needs and wants, and give your best to clarify information.

- Understand every request and provide a solution to them.

- Follow our company's communication scripts & email templates.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

-You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
