Customer Support Role - IT (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- Tasks Allocation to Operators / Pilots.
- Supporting the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls.
- Resolving customer trials, complaints and queries.
- Keep records for employees on training, certification, Bills, advance etc.
- Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Following up with customers for any further information.
- Obtaining testimonials from the customers, through Pilots.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer, record keeping.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with internal and external customers.
- Manage data, MIS through future CRM.6
Desired Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably Engineering
- Must possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in CRM roll-out and working knowledge will be desirable
- Able to adapt to change in the work environment specially like Start-up
- Strong communication skill, influencing skills, planning are key skills desired.
- Possess good listening skills with the ability to complete the required tasks simultaneously
- Understanding and working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software, ZOHO, etc.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented individual with business acumen.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent phone, email and meeting etiquette and active listening abilities.
- A quick learner and exceptional ability to make / negotiate decisions.
