Mandatory Skills :
- Excellent communication
- Experience in onsite, US client handling
- Handling international customer queries through calls and emails
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handled the customer queries through Soft Phone/IP Phone/Teams Call/Email/Chat.
- Creating/Updating/resolving incidents in Service Now ticketing tool.
- Active Directory, IP Config
- VPN configuring and troubleshooting
- Handling Desktop Support activities installing, configuring, and troubleshooting on daily basis technical
- VPN, Citrix, OST, PST .
- Configure and Troubleshooting MS Outlook license
- Handling user accounts in Active Directory
- Troubleshooting VLAN Movement and network connectivity.
