Role :
- Following task to receiving customer complain and log properly.
- Assign the logged complain to the relevant developer.
- Update customer, the status of the reported bug.
- Deploy files onsite after debug.
- Prepare CAPA report/service report.
- Prepare spares/AMC related quotation.
- Maintain spares/AMC excel for quotation/PO/Invoice.
- Follow up payments and maintain Hardware service reports.
