The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Coordinating with Field engineers over calls to get working done
- Active monitoring of company's portal to facilitate your team as well as your working
- Coordinating with Site heads over calls and mails in order to address the official concerns
- Documentation of work in form of excel reports and mails
- Designing Workplans and Travel Plans for the team of engineers
- Managing a team of 1-5 engineers.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within back office operations.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
